SHIPPING POLICY


Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cards N MO. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy:

Cards N MO ships to addresses within the 50 states of the U.S.A. and Puerto Rico. FREE SHIPPING only applies to the continental United States and during promotional periods. We ship by estimating the weight of the package. This is the rate calculation you see at checkout to ship from our warehouse to your zip code. Please note shipping of in-stock items will be delayed if the order contains PREORDERS. If you have a 'mixed-cart' and would like the in-stock items to be shipped now, please make two separate orders. 

Preorder Shipping Limitations:

Due to quantity limitations from distributors of high demand items not all PREORDER items are shippable.  Please see specific PREORDER policies on the product page of the item for more information.  Products will be shippable when they leave PREORDER status.

Shipment method:
UPS Ground & USPS Ground Advantage - 2 - 4 business days.
USPS Letter Tracking - 3 -15 business days. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays and weekends. Shipping of in-stock items will be delayed if the order contains PREORDERS. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices are calculated by weight based on the products being purchased. At times thresholds for free shipping or additional offers may be automatically applied.

Damages:
Cards N MO is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. Contact us with your situation details.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before requesting a return.
Pickup Restrictions:
A picture ID with a matching name and photo are required for all pick up orders.  Orders will be cancelled if one is not provided.  Please bring your valid ID with you to pick up orders at our store.
